Climats de Bourgogne were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List on 4 July 2015. The inscription is a recognition of the unique character of the Côte Viticole. Château de Meursault, as a territorial actor, must magnify this cultural landscape.
With the reconstruction of this dry stone wall, we participate in the conservation and radiation of the Climats de Bourgogne. This ancestral technique is based on a fair organization of the stones between them without mortar binding and allows a fair regulation of the waters that can thus infiltrate naturally in our Grands Terroirs Bourguignons.
