This Saturday 26th October, the guests of this exclusive edition began the evening with a cellar tour while tasting a Corton Grand Cru Les Maréchaudes 2023, followed by an aperitif in the Château’s Grands Salons, with a Clos du Château 2019 served in magnum.
The art of the dining was at a very high level with the Chef William Frachot. Double Michelin-starred and recognized as a “Table de Prestige” by Gault & Millau for his restaurant Le Chapeau Rouge in Dijon, The Chef offered a sophisticated menu featuring local and seasonal products.
The meal was served with wines from Château de Meursault and Château de Marsannay, including the first vintage of Beaune Premier Cru Tuvilains 2022. This wine was tasted with one of the Chef’s signature dishes: « Ma réconciliation avec le chou-fleur ». Before the meal, William Frachot shared his creative vision and the inspirations behind his conceptions.
Thank you to all the teams for making this edition unforgettable.
Special distinction for Véronique and Thouria, who have participated to the Paulée du Château since the very first edition! ⭐️
