This year, the Paulée du Château de Meursault celebrates its 20th anniversary with a 2-star evening reserved for the guests of the estate.
For this special edition, we are delighted to collaborate with the 2-star Michelin Chef William Frachot, from Le Chapeau Rouge restaurant in Dijon, who presents an exceptional menu inspired by the values that are important to him. His approach is to promote and reinvent Burgundy specialities, working exclusively with local products.
“Through my cooking, I want to share my connection to my region and my desire to give meaning to my work, in a 2.0 version.” explains Chef Frachot.
This partnership is natural for us, as we share the same values of authenticity and respect. In the Château’s park, we cultivate the “gourmet gardens,” a kitchen garden composed of edible products with many trees and gourmet plants lining the paths around the Château… In the future, we hope to offer you dishes directly from our terroir.
